1984 - 1987    

   As an experimental prototype machinist, I fabricated production F-Class aircraft radar system components.

   In this producability lab, the factory was formed around the product. Metalworking processes, techniques, and  tools were designed and built to fulfill specific RF and Microwave Radar component manufacturing requirements.

• Planned, programmed, set-up and operated CNC machining centers for piece part and sub-assembly components.

• Work emphasized ultra-high speed machine tool technology in a production cell environment, exacting tolerance and specifications complying with blueprints, sketches and verbal instructions.
